Fees & Payment

Fees for the academic year 1st September 2020 – 31st August 2021

I operate a simple and transparent pricing structure to keep my fees as affordable as I can for everyone.

I will always agree the fees with you before going ahead with any work.

I offer one initial 30 minute consultation to any new organisation or client, free of charge, with no further obligation, before undertaking work.  Contact me to book!

My consultancy fee is £60/hour.

Example: Observe a child in school (1 – 2 hours), produce report with recommendations collated from this observation + other information such as medical/school reports (3 hours).  This would typically cost £300, plus travel.  If required, a follow up meeting with staff and parents/carers would add a further hour, making the total due £360.  Complex reports might require over 3 hours for writing up, although this is rare.

My training fee is available on request.

Travel costs

These will be invoiced at the HMRC approved rate of 45p/mile for the whole journey. Any public transport costs or parking fees will be added.

My base for the purposes of calculating mileage is MK44 1EG.

Please contact me if you need any further clarification regarding my fee structure.

Payment

A deposit of 50% of the estimated total due will be requested and should be paid before work takes place and the balance invoiced on completion; payment of the balance should be made within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.

I prefer payment by BACS (direct bank transfer), but will also accept payment by cheque, cash or PayPal.
