Fees for the academic year 1st September 2019 – 31st August 2020
I operate a simple and transparent pricing structure. I try to keep my fees as affordable as I can for everyone.
I will always agree the fees with you before going ahead with any work.
I will offer one initial 30 minute consultation to any new organisation or client, free of charge, with no further obligation, before undertaking work. This usually takes place over the phone, depending on your location. Contact me to book!
My consultancy fee is £60/hour.
Example: Observe a child in school (1 – 2 hours), produce a comprehensive written report with recommendations collated from this observation and other information such as medical/school reports (3 hours). This would typically cost £300, plus travel. If required to attend a follow up meeting with staff and parents/carers this would add a further hour to the total, making the total due £360. Complex reports might require over 3 hours for writing up, although this is rare.
My training fee is £100/hour for a maximum of 20 delegates.
Example: To deliver a 3 hour course, with one 15 minute comfort break, to include 30 mins set up and 30 mins packing away (so a total of 4 hours on site) would be £400.
Experience has shown me that 20 is the optimal maximum number of people in order for my sessions to be interactive and meaningful. I will train additional attendees at a cost of £20 per person; e.g. 30 people increases the example cost above to £600.
These will be invoiced at the HMRC approved rate of 45p/mile for the whole journey. Any public transport costs or parking fees will be included.
My base for the purposes of calculating mileage is MK44 1EG. I do not usually charge for time spent travelling.
Please contact me if you need any further clarification regarding my fee structure.
A deposit of 50% of the estimated total due will be requested and should be paid before work takes place and the balance invoiced on completion; payment of the balance should be made within 15 calendar days of the invoice date.
I prefer payment by BACS (direct bank transfer), but will also accept payment by cheque, cash or PayPal.
